Box design for 2 12s 2000rms will someone check it?

Okay people so i designed this box last night and i got 5.5 cu ft after displacement. I got 8.78 cu ft before displacement. Is that too much?? Its tuned to 34 hz, subs take up.25 cu ft each and i am going to run 2 12s which are 2000 rms.

Port displacement=2.78 cu ft

Sub displacement= .50 cu ft

Port is double layer starts off as 15" height and is 38.93" in length. The Width of the port is 7.5".

Interior width=42.75"

Interior length=23.5"

Interior height=15"

3/4" thickness

And its triple baffle
What do you guys think?

Well, without knowing what subs or their t/s parameters...it's nobody's guess. However, that box is most likely too large for 98% of 12" subs on the market. Now if you had some big bruiser SPL 12's, like the Fi SP4v2's that are rated 3500wrms each, you could do 5.5ft3 net for the pair. The Soundqubed HDC4.0 12 could use 2.5+ There are also many SPL minded 12's that don't need a ton of space. The EMF Banhammer and the Orion XTR Pro come to mind.

Hard to say without knowing what subs and the TS specs. It too big for most 12s on the market. If you do stick with amount of airspace, I'd probably go with a narrower port ~5-5.5" wide. I think a double baffle is plenty enough too.
